By accessing and using UniDash ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

UniDash is a campus-based delivery platform that connects students who need items delivered ("Customers") with student ("Couriers") who provide delivery services within university campuses.

2.1 Customer Services

• Order placement from campus stores and restaurants
• Real-time order tracking
• Delivery to campus locations

2.2 Courier Services

• Accept and fulfill delivery requests
• Earn money through completed deliveries
• Real-time status updates
• Payment account management

3. User Eligibility

To use UniDash, you must:

• Be a student of a supported university campus
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Placement

• All orders are subject to acceptance by available couriers
• Prices displayed include the item cost and delivery fees
• Orders may be cancelled before courier acceptance
• After acceptance, cancellations is not allowed

5.2 Payment Methods

• We accept various payment methods including mobile money and vodafone cash
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• All prices are in local currency and include applicable fees

5.3 Refunds

• Disputed orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process

6. Courier Requirements and Responsibilities

If you operate as a Courier on UniDash, you agree to:

• Provide reliable and timely delivery services
• Handle items with care and maintain their quality
• Complete deliveries to the specified locations
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Follow all campus rules and regulations
• Report any issues or problems immediately
• Provide accurate availability status

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Order or deliver prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, weapons, etc.)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Service
• Create fake accounts or use another person's account
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without authorization
• Collect user information without consent

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available or error-free
• Couriers will always be available
• All orders will be fulfilled
• Service will be available during emergencies or campus closures

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of UniDash, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of UniDash and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniDash shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Delays or failures in delivery
• Quality or condition of items delivered
• Actions or omissions of couriers or customers
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniDash and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with the Service

12. User Content and Ratings

You may submit ratings, reviews, and feedback. By doing so, you grant UniDash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You agree that your content will:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Not contain advertising or promotional content

13. Privacy

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Service
• Pending transactions will be completed or refunded as appropriate

If you have a dispute with UniDash or another user:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the university is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UniDash regarding the use of the Service.
