Orders & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Open UniDash, choose your campus, browse stores near you, add items to your order, and confirm. A nearby student courier will accept your request and bring it to your door.
How do I track my delivery?
Once a courier accepts your order, you can follow its status in real time on the Orders screen, including pickup and drop-off updates.
My order is late or hasn't arrived. What do I do?
First, check the Orders screen for the latest status and your courier's progress. If something looks wrong, contact us at
unidashsupport@gmail.com with your order details and we'll investigate.
Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes. You can add delivery instructions (for example, your room or hall details) when placing an order so your courier knows exactly where to go.
Payments & Refunds
How do I pay for an order?
Payments are made securely in-app — no cash needed. Your payment details are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers.
How do refunds work?
If an order can't be completed or there's an issue with your items, contact support with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Becoming a Courier
How do I start earning as a courier?
Switch to courier mode in the app, complete your profile, and start accepting delivery requests that fit your schedule between classes.
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings are tracked in the app and paid out to your registered payment account. You can view your balance and payout history any time from your courier dashboard.
Account
How do I update my profile or settings?
Go to the Account tab and tap Settings to update your name, photo, notification preferences, and more.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from
Account → Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion by email. See our
Account & Data Deletion page for full details.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset it.
