Account & Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your UniDash account and the personal data we hold about you. UniDash is a campus delivery app operated by the UniDash team. The instructions below apply to both customer and courier accounts.

Two ways to delete your account: you can delete it directly inside the UniDash app, or submit a deletion request by email using the link at the bottom of this page.

1. Delete Your Account from Inside the App

  1. Open the UniDash app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap SettingsDelete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to the address below. Please email us from the email address registered to your UniDash account so we can verify your identity.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

4. What Data Is Retained, and Why

Some information must be retained after account deletion to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. The following data is kept in a restricted form:

Note: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use UniDash again. Any unused wallet balance, courier earnings, or refunds must be withdrawn before deletion — we cannot transfer them after the account is removed.

5. Deleting Only Specific Data

If you would like to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, removing a saved address or a profile photo), you can do this from the Account → Settings screen inside the app, or email us with details of the specific data you want removed.
