  • Rated, live. Every star comes from a real completed delivery — no seeded scores.

What can I actually order?

Anything a student can legally buy and carry from a place on your campus — food, groceries, printing, pharmacy items, stationery, a parcel from the porter, or a small errand. You describe it in your own words rather than picking from a fixed menu, so you aren't limited to shops that have uploaded a catalogue.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is GH₵7 per kilometre with a GH₵10 minimum, plus a flat GH₵1 service fee per order. Additional packs beyond the first are GH₵5 each. Your items cost exactly what the shop charged — UniDash adds no markup on them. The full breakdown appears before you confirm.

When am I charged?

After your courier has bought the items and reached you — not when you place the order. Couriers front the cost of your items with their own money, which is why picking a courier you trust matters, and why you should be ready to pay on arrival.

How do I pay?

Mobile money — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money — or a bank card. Everything runs through Paystack. No cash changes hands, so neither you nor your courier has to worry about change.

What if no courier is available?

Put the order in the queue. Couriers near that place can offer to deliver it, and you choose from the offers by rating. Queued orders expire automatically after an hour if nobody takes them, so nothing hangs around forever.

What happens if my order is late?

UniDash reduces your delivery fee automatically and shows a note on the order explaining the reduction and what the fee originally was. You don't have to ask for it.

How do I become a courier?

Sign up, open Account and switch to courier mode, then submit your student ID for verification. Once approved, add a MoMo number or bank account for payouts, drop your availability pin, set your radius, and requests start arriving. There are no shifts and no minimum hours.

How much do couriers earn, and when?

You keep 92% of the delivery fee — UniDash takes an 8% commission — and you're fully reimbursed for whatever you spent on the customer's items. Payouts are instant: UniDash pays you from its own float rather than making you wait for the payment processor to settle.

The GH₵1 service fee is charged to the customer and never comes out of your side.

Which campuses is UniDash on?

You pick your campus the moment you open the app, and everything — places, couriers, the leaderboard — is scoped to it. We're expanding campus by campus rather than switching on a whole country at once. If UniDash isn't live where you study, email us and tell us where you are.

Is my money and data safe?

Payments are processed by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS certified — card details never reach UniDash's servers. Sensitive records like roles, balances, transactions and ratings can only be written by our backend, so a tampered app can't grant itself money or stars. You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.
